The Pioneers Baseball Program embodies the highest professional standards; how we look at practice, at the game or at school, how we practice to how we maintain our equipment, gloves, bats, shoes, and our practice and playing facilities is directly related to how we perform in the game. A general lack of attention to detail and lack of corrective action by peers and team leaders results in lower discipline and destroys the foundation on which this program was built.
